The Table | @tabletuesday

THERE'S ALWAYS ROOM AT THE TABLE.

When was the last time you met someone new, tried something different, or spent an evening having a conversation that made you forget to check your phone?

We think there should be more of that.

The Table is a gathering place for womxn in Ogden who want to make friends, try new experiences, and build meaningful connections beyond their screens.

We're talking shared meals, creative nights, workshops, guest speakers, adventures around town, and sometimes just getting together for the sake of getting together.

Because making friends as adults shouldn't be so complicated. And finding your people shouldn't have to happen by accident.

So pull up a chair. We'd love to meet you.

Come Hungry. Leave Connected

The Table

A place for WOMXN to gather, connect & find friendship beyond the scroll

Ogden, Utah | Every 3rd Tuesday

No two gatherings are quite the same

and we like it that way.

WORKTABLES
Roll up your sleeves, learn something new, and exchange ideas through workshops, guest speakers, and hands-on experiences.

ART TABLES
Get creative, make something, experiment, and enjoy the process together. No experience necessary.

DINNER TABLES
Potlucks, themed dinners, shared meals, and the kind of conversations that happen when good people gather around good food.

GAME TABLES
A little friendly competition and a whole lot of laughter. Game nights, bowling, and opportunities to play.

COMMUNITY TABLES
Outings, celebrations, local adventures, and those gatherings where the only real agenda is spending time together.

Some gatherings are free. Others have a ticket price. Some are intimate, and others bring a whole crowd together.

But they all have one thing in common.

They're an excuse to put down our phones, get out into the world, and connect with each other.

WHAT DO I EVEN POST?

Tuesday, November 17 | 6–8 PM
Ogden, Utah | $25 per person

Ever sit down to post something on social media and suddenly forget everything interesting you've ever had to say?

At this month's Worktable, we're exploring how to find content ideas in the things you're already talking about, learning, and doing.

Through conversation and creative exercises, you'll start recognizing the common threads running through your interests, experiences, and everyday life, and how those threads can guide what you share online.

No reinventing yourself for an algorithm. No trying to squeeze everything you do into one tiny box.

Just an opportunity to explore what makes your work yours and how to share it with the world.

You'll leave with ideas you can actually use, a little more confidence in what you have to say, and hopefully a few new connections, too.

No dinner at this gathering. We're feeding your creative brain instead.

MEET THE WOMXN BEHIND THE TABLE

Two friends. One idea. A whole lot of room for connection.

The Table started with a drive home from Salt Lake City. We'd just attended a women's networking event, surrounded by people who were supposedly there to connect, and somehow left without making any real connections.

On the drive home, we started talking about what we wished that experience had been. Something less about networking and more about getting to know people. A place where you could have genuine conversations, make friends, share experiences, and feel like you belonged.

And why were we driving to Salt Lake for that when we could create it right here in Ogden?

So we did.

meet Lisa

Lisa is an experimental artist, small business owner, and the creative mind behind Lavender Menace Ink.

Her creative and entrepreneurial adventures have taken her through bakeries, record stores, independent publishing, and sustainable design. Along the way, she's learned that some of the most valuable ideas don't come from a classroom or a business meeting. They happen over coffee, in conversations with friends, or when someone says, "What if we tried this?"

Lisa believes in creating spaces where womxn can learn from one another, explore new possibilities, and find the kind of support and friendship that makes life a little more interesting.

meet  Audrey

Audrey is an artist, writer, creative business coach, and the human behind Hey Be Fab and The Makers Huddle.

She's spent years bringing people together through art markets, workshops, community events, and creative experiences. She's a big believer that some of the best opportunities and friendships begin when we're willing to show up, start a conversation, and see where it takes us.

For Audrey, The Table is another way to bring people together, make room for new experiences, and remind us that connection doesn't have to be complicated.

AND TOGETHER?

Co-hosts | Audrey & Lisa

We're two womxn who love bringing people together, trying new things, and seeing what happens when you put a bunch of interesting humans in the same room.

We don't have everything figured out, and we're not trying to. We're just making more opportunities for people to meet, connect, and build friendships right here in Ogden.

And we'd love for you to join us.

Pull up a chair. There's room for you. 💛

faq

Can I come by myself?

Absolutely! In fact, we encourage it. The Table was created to help womxn make new connections, so you don't need to know anyone before walking through the door. Come solo, bring a friend, or invite someone you've been meaning to spend more time with. There's room for you.

Do I have to own a business or be a creative to attend?

Not at all! The Table isn't a networking group or a business club perse. It's a gathering place for womxn from all walks of life. Some gatherings focus on creativity, business or learning, but you don't need a particular background, profession, or skill set to belong here.

What happens at a gathering?

That depends on the month! We host everything from dinners and creative activities to workshops, guest speakers, game nights, and outings around Ogden. Every gathering is a little different, but connecting with one another is always part of the experience.

Do you always serve food?

With a name like The Table and a tagline like "Come hungry," we can understand the confusion! 😂

Not always. Some gatherings involve shared meals, while others focus on activities, learning, or getting out and exploring. We'll always let you know what to expect in each gathering's description.

How much does it cost to attend?

It depends on the gathering! Some are completely free, while others have a ticket price to cover things like supplies, food, venues, and special experiences. You'll always find the price listed with the gathering details before you sign up.

Where do you meet?

We're based in Ogden, Utah, but we don't have one permanent meeting spot. Part of the fun is exploring different local spaces, businesses, and venues together. The location for each gathering will be included in the event details.

Do I need to RSVP?

Yes, please! Even for free gatherings, registering helps us plan for everyone attending. Some experiences have limited seating or supplies, so we recommend saving your spot ahead of time.

Is The Table for all ages?

The Table is for womxn ages 18 and up! Some gatherings may be 21+ depending on the activity or venue. We'll always let you know in the gathering details if there are any additional age restrictions.

How do I find out about future gatherings?

We gather every third Tuesday, and every month brings something new! You can follow us on Instagram or join our email list to be the first to hear what's coming to The Table.

What if I purchase a ticket and can't attend?

Plans change, we get it! If you can no longer make it, pop into our group chat and let everyone know. There's a good chance another womxn would love to take your seat! You're welcome to pass your ticket along to someone else. Just give us a heads-up so we know who to expect at the gathering.

Why do you use “womxn” instead of “women”?

We use womxn as an intentional way to express inclusivity and recognize that womanhood isn't one-size-fits-all.

To us, it's about creating a space where cisgender women, transgender women, nonbinary people, and anyone who connects with the experience of womanhood can feel welcome.

We know language continues to evolve, and not everyone identifies with the term womxn. That's okay, too.

What matters most to us isn't how you spell the word. It's that everyone who comes to The Table feels seen, respected, and has a place to belong.

There's room for you at The Table.
